Recent scientific evidence suggests that diet and lifestyle choice may contribute to the risk of cancer.

This suggests that diet, has the potential to reduce your risk of cancer.

In Australia, cancer is the second most common cause of death behind heart disease, with lung cancer number one for both males and females, and breast cancer and prostate cancer the second most common cause of  cancer deaths.

By choosing not to smoke, both men and women significantly reduce their risk of death from lung cancer.

For both breast and prostate cancer, as well as most other cancers, dietary modification may well be one of  the most effective methods to reduce risk of death from these causes.

Specific dietary interventions that address health in general, and cancer risk specifically, may well be the best answer to the second leading cause of death in Australia
